Learn facts about PFAS
PFAS are water soluble per (poly) fluoroalkyl molecules that can cause major health problems. These chemicals, known as "forever chemicals," are contaminating foods and water around the world. While many communities in the US have significant contamination in their water, we scientifically analyze the problem for Rocky Hill and conclude there are trace levels that can be totally eliminated economically.
Solutions must work and be fiscally justified
We can economically elimate PFAS. As the town considers multi-million dollar proposals, it is crucial to evaluate them for scientific rigor and fiscal responsibility. Our water facility has aeration and duty cycle operation. We must design a system that can totally eliminate current and emerging contaminants. Several other municipalities have implemented operational, economical, and flexible systems -- we can too. Below are scientific analyses of Rocky Hill's problems: Situation Analysis: Separating the Water Facility History, Performance and Revenue from Infrastructure Problems Section 1: Trace Levels of PFAS We Can Remove Section 2: The Science of Ion-Exchange and a Pilot Study Section 3: Our Efficient, Economical Ion-Exchange Solution Section 4: Review and Summary Section 5: The Aeration System and Firm Capacity Section 6: Resident Summary Section 7: Water Facility Operation Section 8: Rocky Hill PFAS Remediation Section 9: Final Analysis Section 10: Just Give Us the Facts Section 11: Martucci Proposal Critique Section 12: Recrimnation

Our aquifer water source with existing aeration design and the addition of ion exchange will eliminate PFAS economically

Rocky Hill Water Facility (RHWF)

Our Water Facility was created, designed, and built by local citizens in 1983 to address a pollution crisis. The solution, our Rocky Hill Water Facility (RHWF), is fully operational and certified by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection since 1983. We can eliminate PFAS economically.
